I am a born & raised Texan and wholeheartedly believe in honesty, respect along with yes Ma’am & no Ma’am. I have lived in the Northwest Houston area all my life. As a family man & a homeowner myself, I look at my home inspections as if I were performing it for a loved one of mine.
I have worked in the natural gas and propane industry for 30+ years. I took on the responsibilities of being a leader in residential/commercial installations, repairs of home appliances, setting up generators, and all gas piping related problems. I have taken pride in my leadership and the fine quality of how I presented my jobs in the field. I have watched homes being built and have even built/renovated a few myself. I love to help people understand the workings of their own homes.
The real estate world is a huge part of my everyday life as my wife is a real estate agent. She has been helping people buy & sell for the past 20+ years. I enjoy the workings of a house and understand what is needed to find the technical issues (if any) in a home. I’ve assisted my wife by looking over 100’s of inspection reports to help her give her clients informed advice & a piece of mind.
As a residential service technician for many years, I loved being out with the customers and helping them improve their homes and making things right. I took care of the service that I gave to each of my gas customers to make sure each home received the attention it deserved.
When I am not inspecting & my wife is not selling, we enjoy traveling, the grandbabies, and being out in our boat on the water chasing the next sunset. We enjoy helping our veterans and being a sponsor of Children’s Miracle Network events. We are blessed to be living this life that God has created for us and try not to take one day for granted.
